Gratitude Lists and Addictions

Gratitude list, after suffering from an addiction for 10 years I learn the process of a gratitude list as you wright a gratitude list each day or as often you feel necessary and focus on gratitude your entire outlook changes on what you're focused on in life you see gratitude everywhere you are grateful for everything you see the good things you see the better things you see the best things and life is amazing focus on what you want but don't focus on what you don't want. Focus on gratitude and you get more of it focus on abundance and you get more of it focus on love and you get more of it focus on friendship and you get more of it focus on kindness and you get more of it focus on peace and you get more of it focus on good and you get more of it focus on the good things in life each day. Just for today you can do it!
